"Quick Links" tab not working

Over the last 2 days I have been having trouble with the QUICK LINKS tab. When I click on it instead of going to quick links it changes the row that it is in to include "open buddy list" and "mark forums read" but no longer including "quick links". Anybody else getting this?

Yes when I click it the whole row changes to Main Site Forum User CP FAQ Members List Calendar Search New Posts Mark Forums Read Open Buddy List Log Out. I don't know how to copy it exactly as you have done.Something Really Interesting0

I have gone into Tools, Options,Content and I have Javascript enabled ticked.
