HiSave duplicate deposit transfer & penalty

Well they were due to send me an email today but again their customer service failed so I just rang them and spent 45 minutes with them. I`ve posted off my complaint letter asking for the bank charge and also 50p torwards my postage, plus a letter from my bank about the charge and an online copy of my bank statement.

I should be credited with this 2 days after they receive it, we`ll see.

I gave them the web URL for this thread as my case couldn`t happen again, I`ve asked for this assurance in writing as if I had not transferred funds to cover my -£2424 balance I`m sure Alliance + Leicester would have hammered me for an Overdrawn Charge the next day and probally every day until ICICI reversed the payment, which BTW they still haven`t.

This could have escalated from £25 to probally £200 in bank charges.

I`ll post again with news of my £25.50 from ICICI when it happens.
