I found it took me about a month to get a new routine going when I started back at work even though it was part time. It seems to be better now.

Morning - still feeling like hell here and now Ryan is throwing up too, so that's all of us who've had it. It's also caused us a nightmare because a specialist team were coming into school today to observe Ryan, and we've had to cancel it - we can't re-arrange because their diary is full, so we will miss out on one of their visits now (they do 6 in total). Not sure what impact that will have but it's so frustrating.

Jinky, hope your OH recovers soon - it's really the most horrible bug I have ever had. On a positive note though, he will probably feel too ill to care how much time you are spending on the computer!

    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning All
Hope all those with the bug recover soon and aren't to bad today in the hot weather.
Keren I did laugh at your OH, Men they are useless at times...my DH is like that every morning. Bot myself and DD are up and getting organised, he stays in bed until the last possible minute and then expects us to give him lifts to work....grrrr. Good job he starts new job next week, when he will have to get out of bed and be at work for 8, so could be a challenge!

Beautiful day here, got up at 6am and went for a run and it was lovely but warm even at that time. Think its going to be hot hot hot here today.
Right going to take DD for a run along the beach and then work this afternoon
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Morning all. Well no CAB for me today and no nursery for KK as she's woken up with conjunctivitis. Have a Dr's appointment for her at 10.25 so she *should* be ok to go on thursday. They both went to Dudley zoo yesterday with a mate of mine so she must've caught it off one of the monkeys :rotfl: Touch wood Ash doesn't get it _pale_
Otherwise I'm ok. Feeling a bit meh but enjoying the nice weather (as much as I moan about the heat.).

    Morning everyone.

Last week I did a studio recording, which was some odd combo of flamenco and rock. Very strange. Anyway I had the final mix sent over and I commented that it wasn't the tightest thing we'd ever done, guitar in bar 9 and 11 were a little ropey. The response was, who cares, it's only an advert for a debt collecting agency in Spain!!!!! I feel dirty now.
