Best to know jacs rather than hanging on until July and thinking about it for the next few months.

I've just bought a sofa bed for £62:T :) It is to go in the spare room to replace the single 'teenager' style tubular metal bed that I've had in there since I moved in (donated by OH). I've been looking for ages and wanted to buy one to coincide with the decorating finishing in the room.

I'll probably put a duvet cover on the mattress/current cover to match it with the room, but the base looks really strong - it's a really thick pine base, there were loads of photos on the listing. It's only down into town, so I just need to organise a man and a van for an hour.

It will only get used once or twice a year so I couldn't justify spending £200 or so on one from Argos etc and as it's me that sleeps on it (when my parents visit) I didn't want a 'flop-out' one as it would knacker my back even more than it already is and to be honest, this frame looks a hell of a lot stronger than some of the ones I've seen in the shops!

The bed I already have in there was fine as a stop gap but it was a nightmare the next morning for me - I was like an old woman after getting off it:o  :rotfl:

Hey Jacs, get a grip woman, you will see him on weekends (only kidding my love). Besides, think of those romantic Sunday evenings you are going to get now. once you get into a routine you will be fine. x

I think I've not made myself clear (which is par for the course)... I work in a hospital for the medical school. The dental school is in the same university building as med-school. Really close, it takes me 57 seconds to get from my office to med school (unless I'm wearing really high heels/long skirt combo in which case add on another 20 seconds):p!

I think Linda is a dental hygiene trainer and toothsmith who could be a dentist.

    Cat.x

Toothsmith is a dentist and I am a Dental Nurse/ Course Manager/infection control auditor and trainer/ dental staff developer etc for the tPCT.
I'll have all my year 2 nurses up there this Saturday for their final exams.
I have to go up to the Leeds Dental Institute for meetings every so often.
It's nice now it's all been refurbished!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
