Is that the guy who bought the house & Audi TT whilst earning £10k a year? Didn't realise he was an EA.
Yep. To be fair he was pretty subdued on re-interview He had been laid off obviously, was just selling his car and turning down his lifestyle. Then he gets a job as a 'part time mortgage advisor'. Great He had been laid off obviously, was just selling his car and turning down his lifestyle. Then he gets a job as a 'part time mortgage advisor'. Great
Didn't really get much out of the show. Pretty much obvious stuff really.0

For once I agree with you! Big Crash loads of more bottom end property to add to my BTL Empire.
And so many Homeless single people wanting to rent, loverly large rent increases.
You are right Brit everyone in a win win.
 :T
Maybe a little bit harsh, but it will be nice to add several bottom end cheap places, that way market wont need to recover that much to make a very nice tidy profit for our nippers.

Off to China on holiday, he hasn't learnt a thing.
The programme may have stated the obvious to those that come on here, but it may have been an eye opener for the less well informed.0

I thought that myself! He's not learnt a thing. Like a lot of people I suspect you've been using their house as a cash machine.
How do you stop it though?0
