hi, if you go onto the o2 site, then into view my bill, you can see what you've used on see unbilled summary. hth0

there have been posts on here of late that suggest the website info is not to be trusted (apparently o2 CS are the source of that statement) that said, i have used it and found it to be ok but i mostly use it at the end of the month just to have a general look at my usage and not as an ongoing check.
the other thing is that it tends to be a few days behind so it may cause you problems in that respect.
if you tell us what phone you have someone on here will be able to tell you if you have a call monitor on the phone itself (you probably do - they are usually present on most new phones) and how to access it. that way you can reset it at the start of each monthly period and keep an eye on things that way.
