FAShelley - you should let him try - it would provide you with hours of witty anecdotes at the very least. My guess, he'd last 3 days tops!

  • Ours finished Friday just past, is it not on their website?
they won't tell DS and it's not on the website because in the past kids have taken eggs & flour in on their last propper day and well you can guess the rest. i wouldn't mind buts it's not like it's a rough school they are very strickt with them, but i think thats why they have had problems in the in the past. Back bit late from school run. Stopped at shops and then stopped to talk to one of DD1's friends mum. So will be 20 min challenge in which I shall prep salad for tea and make a fruit salad - yum!

Need to soak DD2 in sunscreen as she wants to drag all the happyland stuff out on the lawn to play - guess who will be looking for all the bits again later:rolleyes: .

Dusty Is he back yet? that's a worry isn't it....please tell us when he arrives home.

Pigpen It could be nice to get back in touch with her again, if she turns out to be a bit of a freak, well, at least you'll know.

FAS I agree with LG, it would at least give you some stories to tell, teenagers eh, a law unto themselves *tuts* lol

Apparently, he didn't leave the school ground but went for a wander to the learning mentors room, then onto the computer room, then went to see if he could find a teacher........but he STILL wasn't in the class he was supposed to be in.....his head of year has said he's not allowed to leave on the 23 cause he's got coursework to finish.

Right, where's me list.......just been and grappled the idiots for a parking space at the local shops so I could get gas/elec WHY do people insist on stopping whilst waiting for a space which in turn blocks everyone else  I nearly got out and blasted her :rotfl: but didn't :o bought a birthday card for one of my customers who turns 90 tomorrow :j

Funny Story - I went to a posh American School and every year, the oldest year/class did what we called a Senior Prank within the last few weeks of school. Amongst a few things, we stuck 6 tyres over the massive flag pole. They had to saw them off...! It was a tradition to do a prank so the teachers saw the funny side of it....! :rotfl:
