This tip was passed onto me and worked a treat at my wedding last year.
Firstly you need to sign up with Vistaprint and wait a few days for the free offers to hit your inbox..
I created photograhpy challenge cards using the postcards on Vistapint and got 100 free (I had previously used them for Save the Date cards).
Heres mine...

Front
I then bought cheap disposable camera from the pound shop! The kids loved this as they had something to do and the adults really got involved too :j
Here's an additional tip....have the first one saying 'A photo of yourself' so you know who's photos thay are!!!

It all works out good in the end.
If it's not good, it's not the end!

I was going to do this but couldn't be bothered with trying to get a responsible adult to keep an eye on them!It all works out good in the end.If it's not good, it's not the end!0 -
We had a long trestle type table, a large roll of paper (we had some cast off printer paper - the old fashioned stuff with holes down the side), selection of coloured pencils, crayons (NOT felt pens), stencils and stickers and a roll of masking tape.
We unrolled the paper along the whole length of the table and stuck it with the tape and left the pens etc on top. Once the paper was filled, we rolled it up and unrolled another sheet.
Obviously works better with younger children.
It didn't cost much, we already had the stencils and everything else came from the pound shop.7 Angel Bears for LovingHands Autumn Challenge. 10 KYSTGYSES. 3 and 3/4 (ran out of wool) small blanket/large square, 2 premie blankets, 2 Angel Claire Bodywarmers0 -

when i went to a wedding there was a special seperate room fullof a hired company (i dont know the name sorry) consisting of nannies and toys and little cots/beds/changing areas where all of the kids could go and have a nap, play, be looked after etc. it looked expensive but it was really effective as there were lots of children at the wedding...0
