well, OH has just said 'come and sit down whilst you eat your lunch' (I'm AQA'ing still).

'I can't' I said - 'this is a typical Saturday, working and eating.......and sitting on my !!!! doing !!!!ing nothing.........;)'

    Men!

Since getting up at 9am, I've stripped and re-made the bed, done 2 washes and put it all on the line, dried the pots, dusted the bedroom, done breakfast and now lunch is in the oven. I've put the rubbish out, tidied the living room and earned £30 so far on AQA.

Because I couldn't 'magic up' a glass jar for the OH to soak the brushes in and only had a small cake tin tin which was (I felt) the right size, I was told I was 'sitting on my !!!!, doing !!!!ing nothing'.

I'm biting my lip very hard after telling him that I was working and the reason I am having to work on a Saturday is to earn enough money to keep a roof over my head.

    Fuming.

*is on her way to poole to shove paintbrushes up keren's OH's backside*:D

 grrrrrr and bop him on the nose while i'm there

other than that i hope you are ok keren, any sign of your new tops yet?

shove more than 1 up will you jacs? ;)

Tops arrived yesterday - all fine - 1 fits now, as expected, the other 2 button up but aren't 'decent' - they fit where they touch as my Mum would say! But, that was the point of getting them so they should fit fine by August time.

    afternoon everyone

I'm having one of THOSE days... have dusted and vacuumed; mentioned to Wayne that I need to mow the lawn at the bottom of the garden and get the front and bit near the house remown before I weed the weed patch (by no stretch of the imagination can I call it a vegetable patch... but it will be). Anyhow, getting changed into shorts (yes, those strange white objects in Leeds ARE my legs) and he's mown it already! He gets a prize for being considerate.

Hope everyone has a great afternoon

White legs? My husband's are virtually blue! It takes a week of sunbathing just for them to turn white.
