    Morning folks

All bright here, but a bit over cast.

Already checked on the patio bag spuds nad they are doing well, now down to 7 cucumbers, the rest have died back for some reason.

About to clean the house, the cats already have clean blankets and are scowling at me, as much to say bad mummy giving is clean blankets, we like the old smelly ones!!!

    Back later

    Have a good day

One of my cats is next door smarming round the old lady for chicken and the other is upside down on my bed.
They'll be miserable later on when it really heats up, they don't know what to do with 'emselves when it's hot.

I've had a look at those Z and they do look a bit flimsy in the flesh. I need something that can withstand a bit of wind. The courtyard is tiny but is walled so I thought I would make use of the solid walls and use some thick 2" bamboo to construct something. I'll go to a company we use who provide props for stages who have some sail type fabric and create something like this

If it's going to be a permanent installation, be careful how you attack the ropes to the wall. Strong wind + strong canvas + strong rope = bricks popped out of the wall....

Am off in a mo to pay the holding deposit on my new exciting flat, then might go and wake OH up to annoy him.

Is it too early in the year for a long white floaty skirt??

Have you taken tablets? Or are you just hoping it goes away? :grouphug:

Yes, tablets duly taken. My head just feels heavy now - hoping it is just tiredness. I am sure that's all it is.

    Good morning!

I have to go out today and I'm intending to only spend money on the three things I need to do.

    1. Buy a bus ticket.
    2. Buy guinea pig food.
    3. Buy some cakes (visiting a friend).

I know it's not that interesting for you to read, but having written down "my plan" will give me the incentive to stick to it.

    Will be back later. :j

It's never to early in the year to wear a long white floaty skirt.....It might make you feel more summery. You should wear whatever you feel comfortable in. :rotfl:

Hi all.. Jinky hope you have a good day at work (though you're probably off there by now!) and Hypno hope the head clears up. Had a bit of a lie in this morning and feel very fuzzy headed, wish I'd just got up when I woke up initially.. though it might be a bit of a combination of heat/ wine from last night/ hayfever... Ho hum.. got a bit of housework to do, nip to the supermarket and then a lazy day ahead :)
