Will those of that didn't get a newsletter from Martin this week, be included next week?. Is there anything we can do to ensure that we do? such as registering again, or would that clog the system?.

Try registering with a different e-mail address. That sorted it for me (I'm assuming you've checked that it's not being picked up as spam or that your permissions aren't too high - ?)Debt at highest: £6,290.72 (14.2.1999)

Strangely enough, when for some unknown reason I lost newsletters after years of receiving them, on a Mods recommendation I did change my email address to google mail, and from then on, no problems, but like so many other members they failed to arrive this week as you will see if you follow up all the other posts and Martins explanation. I think we have all accepted they won't come now, hence my concern about next week. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. If anyone is registering with a new email please do so before Sunday as Martin is donating 50p to the Burma appeal for every new email recipient0

To be honest, I pop in fairly regularly, so am not that bothered about whether the email appears or not (gmail as well these days ...)Debt at highest: £6,290.72 (14.2.1999)

Huh, on a good day, I'm in here up to a dozen times a day, just for a quick look. Even so, despite the intentions of everyone, it is almost impossible to stay on top of all the best bits, so it is great to have Martin's compilation. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. But there's a link to the latest email towards the top right of every page of the forum, so no need to feel left out if it doesn't plop into your inbox as it should!Signature removed for peace of mind0

Yep.
To be honest, although I get the email I normally read through it using the online copy.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

The point I would like to get across is this.
I imagine that many people read and scour almost every word written on the site. Equally many people don't have the time to study anything other than their particular favourite/interest and for THAT reason, they miss out on lots of things which are important.
To avoid that happening, Martin clearly thought it would be an idea to collate the most important pieces along with his latest finds and present a newsletter.
I can well appreciate the next move to deliver it via emails and give a recommendation email address. So when users of this site, decide to follow this through, it is only right and proper they should notify the moderators and indeed Martin if and when the service they work hard to provide, experiences hiccups and fails to deliver.
No doubt 99% of users of this site are well aware that one click can produce the newsletter. If making an observation about the failure of a delivery and posing a question about future deliveries is wrong, then so be it.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
