That contradicts what you have said - why are they shipping it to you if they have cancelled your order?
No, I rang them a about a week and a half ago and asked them when it would come and be delivered to me, thats when they said 14th it will be shipped.
Now they have cancelled it. I am so p*ssed off I'm gonna break my damn PC!!!!!"               :mad:0 -

So they are not delivering it on the 14th!
I would guess that they will say that acceptance takes place upon despatch. They have not despatched the item, so they have not accepted your order.
You would be best advised just to move on and buy from an alternative supplier.

Let me try to expalin it to him/her dmg24.
I buy a Rolex watch for £24.99.
Now the retailer takes my money but does not send me the rolex.
I take him to court.
Do you think..
A) The judge will get me my £24.99 back from the retailer. The judge will get me a Rolex watch from the retailer.

Ahh I see, but I still refuse the beleive that I could be conned like this and not be able to do something about it. I'm going to be writng a letter to Tradins Standards and IMRG. SuperETrader claim they 'trade in a manner that is LEGAL, DECENT, HONEST, TRUTHFUL and FAIR' when in actual fact they dont.
Is there anything else I can do? Or write? To at least show them that I am serious and I will pursue this properly.Demand compensation!!
Misco are selling it for £350, could I ask them for the extra £50 required to buy from Misco? After all they DID deliberately decline my offer even though they have it in stock at a higher price?0 -

You won't get anything beyond getting a full refund and if they're already offering that to you then there's nothing to take legal proceedings for. The only other route is to report to trading standards but that becomes their case and whether they take action or not has no bearing at all on you personally. There's sticking up for your consumer rights and then there's cutting your nose to spite your face. Get all your money and take your custom elsewhere. That's the most effective thing you can do without actually costing you even more money and effort."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

If that claim (and capitalisation) is theirs OP (and not yours) then they sound a bit Del Boy Trotter anyway and I wouldn't touch them with the proverbial!
MPI have a poll / discussion on Economy 7 / 10 off-peak usage (as a % or total) and ways to improve it but I'm not allowed to link to it so have a look on the gas/elec forum if you would like to vote or discuss.
