Thanks to samesizedfeet the barcode genius on www.paidtoshop.co.uk:

    http://www.paidtoshop.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=26218&page=118

see the post at the bottom of the page, links to a file download with a multi-coupon sheet of clear barcodes for Uncut, Eve and Instyle coupons! :T

P.S. please only download once and save it to your pictures, as these files have a limited number of times they can be downloaded. If you download twice you are using up someone else's chance to get access to it.

I have tried to visit this site but the download has been reached it advises you to contact the sender can this be done or is this it.

    thanks

    hi,

my mother in law works at my local tesco and she has been told they will be looking at the policy at christmas not sure what they will be doing to it, may stop the internet ones and only accept press and magazines so watch this space.

My local T have not once questioned any of my coupons and I am in everyday buying bits and bobs as I need them. I know the customer service manager quite well and even she said you could pay for all your shopping with coupons as long as they are all different and you have reached the min spend (if the coupon has one). So it goes to show not all the staff know what they are doing.

You are lucky you have a local store who know the correct policy without you having to stick your neck out like some of us have had to! But at least I now have 3 local stores to choose from who all know the policy after a bit of huffing & puffing from them and a polite letter to the Store Manager from me.

I reckon if and when any changes happen, internet prints will get tightened up on, and the other area of contention is coupons offering money off magazines. Stores don't like them as they are hard to redeem if they get too many of the same one (as I mentioned once before, stores have to redeem their magazine & newspaper coupons direct with the supplier/wholesaler, I was told).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thanks for that Couponmad,
That will save me the Paul Daniels sleight of hand with my barcode generator printout in one hand and the too fuzzy Eve coupon in the other when I use the self scan.
Wish I could do these tricks on my own.

The easiest way to do it, I found, is to save the original coupon into Excel (it's easier to manipulate than Word).

Then create your barcode using the barcode generator (just Google barcode generator) and paste that into Excel on top of the existing one. You may have to make it slightly smaller, but the whole thing shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes really.

    Thanks Josie,
I did eventually manage to clear up some poor barcodes in Word eventually.
I`m not used to the resizing and repositioning but I got there in the end.
