"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

Big thank you to saffstar and all who have posted coupons on this site. Can't remember who posted the Mitchum £1 coupons on 8 per page but thanks whoever it was. Just hope all my coupons get accepted. Many thanks.

    :T

very dissappointed. The printed coupons will not scan.I have used the jpg
and also the powerpoint but none will go through the scanners.
The girl offerred to take me throgh the tills but I was scared just
in case of being embarrased that they will refuse them.

Never mind, you win some, you lose some.
  • I don't have any luck using the Complan coupon listed on the main post. The scanners at Tesco don't react.

My printer is good quality, and a problem like this is unusual.

    Any views?
  • quiet advisor - doesnt work for me either - neither does baxters and heinz
I miss using my infinite coupons at Tesco!

  • printed off all the vouchers twice the other day, just thought id give my local tescos a call on sunday to be told they will only take one of them.
So yesterday me and my cousen who had the second lot of prints went down there armed and ready with a print off of there coupon pollicy and was very supprised when they accepted them all apart from the conplan one so all together we saved well over 30 quid........ which has paid for all my picnic treats when i go to safari park with my nephew!

Hiya mm!:hello: I hit your thanks button again!

In fact I have tried the Complan coupon a few times too (not by mistake!) as it's not a Tesco-issued coupon so theoretically it should scan, assuming they do stock Complan. I tried a few times hoping the problem had been sorted out.

But no joy at all, the till beeped no and even entering the barcode manually didn't work. Maybe your till girl entered it as a non-scan coupon (manually entering the amount of £1 rather than the individual barcode). You can tell because the receipt says NS coupon instead of just 'coupon' IIRC.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks to everyone for such useful posts. I went into an Asda and Tesco today armed with my most recent crop of newly printed super clear bar coded coupons and there were still problems getting them scanned!!!! However, each till operator kindly did what they needed to to put the coupons through for me. I am sooooooooo grateful for this website and for this thread particularly. Discovering the existence of these coupons has made a huge difference to me and I appreciate the generosity of everyone who has shared their coupons on this thread. Thanks again and keep up the good work. :T

P.S. Zius  it may be worth checking with Customer Services before doing your shopping if it is ok to use internet coupons in that branch. That way if you do go through the tills and the operator needs to call a supervisor you can tell them that you already ok'd it with CS (and if necessary they can verify). There should be no need for this but it may help you feel less anxious about going through the tills with coupons whether or not they scan. Good luck.

Everytime I hand the complan voucher over and it gets scanned the till beeps. A message must come up on the till as they always look at the screen and then hit a button that accepts the coupon. I've managed 1 a week and each one has been accepted.

Just checked my Tesco till receipt after reading coupon-mad's last post and find that my entries read just "coupon" so does that mean they did actually scan through the till because she told me they weren't scanning??????? Or perhaps she manually entered the bar codes (was too busy packing shopping to notice really).
