What if you bought the book on Amazon, and used your computer print off as a "receipt"? In theory, you could use it over and over again - you can get this book for £2.76 if you get a used copy on Amazon. Also, there are quite a few books called "Pandora's Box", some of which might be available very cheaply at second hand book shops...0
