Where on the coupon does it say you need till receipt?

I am assuming it is ok to take printed off vouchers.

Appreciate any replies as I going to town for lunch.


EDIT: They asked for actual receipt of the book purchase. So no free chocolates. Never mind.:o

I tried the Southport branch armed with a till receipt from Waterstones from before Xmas with 3 completely random books on them (Xmas pressies).

Assistant merely glanced at recepit and handed over a lovely bag of 'summer collection' choccies.

tried the voucher out on friday - had to blag it a bit as the guy had never seen one before, and in the very centre of london the prices are higher so the price on the voucher wasn't right (i cant believe they put the prices up for central london!!)
but i managed to get around him :cool:

i went in today she said stopped the reciept one cos people were blaggin it so i told here this waz not that one, which it aint, she said ok help yaself so i did

The Exp Date On This Voucher Is 2009 So I Go In Every Week Two Of Us One Each - Only Had 4 Paks So Far - They R Very Nice Xx

No joy, I went into two different branches (Sheffield)

In the first the SA mumbled pandoras box when she saw my voucher and said you had to buy the book in order to receive the chocolates and if other people had been given the vouchers purely on production of the voucher then that sales assistant had been misinformed.

At the second shop the SA went round the back to make a phone call and I could hear her discussing probably with head office so I knew they would be a problem with the voucher.

When she came out after about 3 minutes on the phone she told me that the internet voucher had now been updated and that you now have to buy a book AND have the receipt in order receive the choccies. When I explained that people had received the chocs without the voucher she said that was a mistake but you now to produce the receipt - that was the only promotion running.

So, good luck to those who managed to get some..and to those that still are
