oh - the woman told me about the coupon wiv the space for the reciept number on it has been stopped, but i explained this is new coupon that has no space 4 till reciept and all ya need do is hand it ova - she ok wiv that

I dont know..I think Thorntons need to brief their staff better if different staff at different branches are treating the vouchers differently :rolleyes:

Took the first "cloud" one into the Stockport Merseyway one. They said I should have had a till receipt so they could take the till number from it.

So take a till receipt )

Once you have filled in your details in the cloud, clock the little arrow icon at the bottom, it will take you to another page where there is a link to download the real voucher which asks for the till receipt number. You get the terms and conditions on the REAL voucher - not the cloud "voucher"

I got free chocies with the cloud voucher.did not ask for the receipt.when i showed the cloud voucher, the SA showed the shelf from where I can choose.
Then i send my brother & he got one too:j

I got told they don't accept the cloud voucher only the receipt no. voucher at liverpool st station...should i bother?! lol
