Thanks to the help on this board I have decided to go for the Netgear DG834GT, I have searched around and found this, is this a good deal? Has anyone delt with these before? I just have a pc and a laptop at the moment but would possibly be adding another pc later. .....Thanks for any help

I've got one of these and had a few problems with configuration. It works fine though. (But I don't use it wirelessly at the moment.)Torgwen..........

You can use any card you like, doesn't have to be a netgear. I use a Trust PCI card and it works like a dream! Just a thought, but is there any particularly reason you need the 108mbps version? I have the 54mbps one and never had a problem with connection speeds, plus it's a lot cheaper"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

Curry Queen I havent a clue, I am so braindead when it comes to these things, I thought that there was just the one??????? I know I was advised to get the one that has a built in firewall but other than that..........clueless Im afraid....................think I need help here dont I...........someone please tell me what Im looking for?????????0
