snipped......Since then I've tried using the mini-album method, but I should add that since then, I don't think I've used an acm voucher or a magazine voucher
Back to the shopping list method for me lol. It works doesn't it?
And then after all this I get out the list which says "Get a life" :rotfl: .
No, but if I don't do it this way, my head spins and I end up coming out with only a Twix.

The staff think I'm barmy enough without writing down the points total
but it's a good idea.
I know I've said it before, but hogshead has a great method of buying one item for points to get another item. The only thing I can think of to explain what I mean is when the Nivea Q10 was giving out 400 points, providing you needed the Nivea, it enabled people to buy their next purchase using those points iyswim? Especially good if anyone was shopping for someone else that didn't want the points but wanted the Nivea for say ... half-price? :rotfl:I used this method with the S&G 400pts...even convinced DH, I didn't need S&G but a nice luxury as I was going to buy stuff in Boots anyway so used my points to get that iykwimI'll have to look back at the posts Amelia's Mum, because I've noticed that posters were having problems with the TS.
I did a quick shop with oh yesterday for the laundry products that were showing as half-price online (thanks again to pollsdolls and geordie_lass lol) and on an acm voucher. It took ages to work out, and half of the stores' staff it seemed(all good SA's btw) but I can see people having problems with that one.
No thanks necessary btwx
I missed the whole laundry products thingy what is this...please tell.. I must have been concentrating on something else! This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Hutchins0 -

With each list I have all the relevant coupons attached - and have noted down which coupon is for which item (e.g. Trevor Sorbie PC, Trevor Sorbie ACM etc). So after each shop I can just fish out a new list and start again (and the security guard, who is usually following me by now, doesn't get the chance to fluster me):o .

Lists are great *Jelly Tots*. In fact, lists are the way forward
Since I was 'outed', it's made life so much easier. Not that I'd recommend it JT - especially for youbut it does make the security guards just that little bit friendlier iyswim. You've got to toughen up a bit x

It was this one Amelia's Mum: #1720 but it's supposed to work for everyone that's had their HC verification activated. It doesn't unfortunately, so if you think you've been overcharged, they might know about it by nowThe list of products are also instore on the HC leaflets.

I have never seen a security guard in the stores I visit...are they uniformed? This would deffo fluster meThis is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Hutchins0 -

Some are, some aren't. One doesn't need to be as he's the one that used to be in AB's store and was about 7ft tall so had a panoramic view - of everyone :rotfl: Some used to be shared with other stores like WH Smiths etc, but I'm on nodding terms with the Boots security guards now
OH's on talking terms! (Usually about rugby or football I should add, not about No7 for Men)

The S&G was another good example of gathering pointsI'm a bit slow on the uptake this morning...so are the items half price in store then ? so it is halfed again being a member of HC club ? I got my voucher swiped the other day so hopefuly discounts will work. This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. The items should have stickers on the SEL, but not all do, the laundry items weren't. But the till is supposed to automatically deduct the 50% (not the 100% that you want LOL) but for some reason or other, it isn't. So double check your receipts
