    Hi Lililou

I saw your post about about model me too late has I thought you would have gone off Boosting. Sorry xx

    Did you get any today?

    Hi rubylou

No, not yet - watched the Leeds match instead :(

May go tomorrow otherwise will have to be Tuesday or even Wednesday when I get paid - will still need to buy something to disguise it eg the long awaited toothbrush!
Also lost out on fleabay vouchers today too.

Polls I would include pictures but I'm not that technical hun:rotfl: ;)

It was an excellent shop with points back and I have made a note incase AM can't do my shop for me:D

Ruby it is so easy to post a pic (Otherwise I wouldn't be able to do it) So long as the photo is on the internet. You just right click to copy, and then paste it straight into your message, try it. On the boots ones, if you copy the small pics, they will click into the big pics. watch hero.jpgSee its that easy just copy and paste. Go on now tell me you cant do that. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I wont charge for this advice honest.:p

I'm curious, after seeing how you all keep managing to combine vouchers: how do you get PC vouchers? Do you have to sign up for mailings or something? I get all the AC mailings through the post, and am registered online but never get emails from boots unless I actually order something online!

PC is parenting club --if you have kids under 2 or are pregnant you can sign up . More details on the first post on this thread.

sorry I am so simple lol. so you bought the long shampoo and conditioner yeah? how come you got the other one for 1.50 did you hand over a nother voucher?

    sorry xxx

No hun it's not you it's my crappy explanations:D I paid for the shampoo which was £4.49.

You could just get the shampoo and conditioner and use acm voucher and PC voucher and both would be free.

    Hth xx

Yes Congratulations - what an amazing result for Hull

Good suggestion but never tried NC stuff before. I'll have to take a look at the range.

Tempted by No 7 glitch but not sure if I'll use so much of it.

Darn those glitches, got me bootsing again! Need a bit of help with the shop though.

    1st shop
    Model me movement balm
Model me Matt styling paste - 2 for £9

Used free model me styling product from ACM- saving £7.97
    Paid £3.51 :D and got 16pts

    2nd shop
    No7 Glossy locks x2 - BOGOF £6.25
    hand saviour - £11
    Free GWP
*Meal deal* - £2.68 (half price crisps and water)
    chicken wrap
    1ltr water
    walkers sunbites crisps

Used half price walkers sunbites (ACM)
    350pts WYB No7 bathing (ACM)
    200pts WYB No7 suncare
    Paid £20.19 and got 586pts

3rd shop (Made the mistake of going past the Elizabeth Arden counter!)
    EA 8 hour cream set - £20
    EA foundation - [STRIKE]£19 [/STRIKE] £7.10 (10% off make up and £10 off WYB 2 EA products)
Model me dry shampoo - £5.49
Model me styling spray - £0

Used Model me ACM voucher (but this is where the problem comes in)
    250pts WYS £30
    Paid £32.59 and got 378pts

Problems - The Model me voucher beeped several times and the SA eventually called the manager over who spotted they were on 2 for £9 offer. She voided off the spray so I had to pay the full £5.49  for the offer unlike the 1st shop I did when I only paid £3.51 for the 2 items.

Has anyone else had this problem or is it just me? I tried it in 2 stores and none of them would deduct £5.99 because they clocked it was on offer. Should I return it???

Also, when passing the EA counter looking at the 8 hour cream the SA said they have a set with the full size (50ml) 8 hour cream in a set with 8 hr hand cream and 8 hr body cream (both smaller than full size) in a lovely see through carry case with red handles for the same price as buying the full size cream on it's own (IYKWIM!) so £20. I then saw the save £10 WYB 2 EA items so I reasoned in my head that I would be getting a foundation for about the same price as I would if I bought a rimmel foundation (what I usually buy)

I'm a bit worried that I might have been too hasty and spent too much. When I was looking at the 8 hour cream she said the dreaded words, "this set is the last one we have in stock" and my bargain alarm bells in my head started ringing and I thought "it must be good, I have to buy it!" but would it have been cheaper if I bought it online from another website?

I also noticed on .com that there is a free GWP with EA but I wasn't offered it. Did they take it off because of the 10% offer?

Can anyone advise on either of the above?

    TIA. x
