Yup got 1000 as a manager was frightfully rude infront of a shop of people. Never rung CS to get extra points, just because of the ones the manager refused to put on. But it was nice that CS regonised that I was unfairly treated.
Yes I wrote to CS after the last skincare spit. Not essentially for points, but because I was annoyed that I could not spend them and had bought specifically to gain the till spits and can only use the handcream as can not use ANY boots products on my face etc. Again nice that CS was generous, that they gave me the spits value in points and a bonus, but I guess they did not want me taking my money elsewhere.
Again they did today. I said that I was a good customer and the CS team member commented that I recieved nearly 10000 from boots.com alone last week and wow did I buy alot of gear, how many toys etc...so they obviously felt that they wanted to keep my business. And that again as I was only able to use the handcream it must be annoying for me to find no stock. However, the main reason was that the SA was putting out TD at 9:10 this morning, I said to her that it was typical that they come in today. The SA then slipped that infact there was NO DELIVERY this morning on TD products, obviously CS was not happy with that!
I guess maybe that I literally spend every penny in boots or tesco(I post 4 parcels a week to cyprus sometimes) this means I spend far more than most bootsers and the fact that I was a customer service manager means that I know what to say or not say?
Not sure what damaged orders you are talking of??? You have the wrong person there!
Not had alot of points from CS, the first was AGES ago and apart from the 5000 that confuses me still(CS thought it was comp entry, but not alot of info on their screen?!) , I have just had awarded to me the 1000 for a rude manager apart from today, which was no doubt waranted due to the fact that the TD should have not been in the stockroom!0 -

Sorry Broclo, I must have been confusing you with someone else re the damaged ordersI will have to chalk that one up to my age :doh: :doh: Have now edited that bit out.
I was really lucky, where I live I managed to spend all my tillsplits and ended up with loads of handcream (Really pleased as it smells great)and other stuff also. :j Only managed to get one pamper kit though!!!~ What goes around comes around ~0 -

If you return something bought online to a Boots store that doesn't stock that item, will they still be able to scan it and refund it? I'm not talking about "online only" specials, it's just that some stores have less variety of stock and may not have everything that is supposed to be available in-store.
Had to return an item back to a store that didn't stock a replacement, so yes, it can be done skibster. CS will confirm it.
