Does anyone know if the airside boots run the current BOGOF deals etc? My partner is wanting to buy sunscreen airside so it will not count towards the luggage weight.

    Thanks in advance.

I'm sure they do as I just flew from Stansted (which now has one next to Corals too before you go through - but it's only weany) and the SA told me about getting crisps to save 10p on the Meal Deal :D

You've spent your cash, arranged your stash,
    Your house resembles a store.
My friend, all is not lost, be brave,
The hours will soon be full once more.

Yes, be brave Polls Dolls, 'tis not the end,
Take a TD wipe and dry your eyes.
Mr Boots knows what he's doing,
He'll be listening to your cries.

Life goes on, even without Boots,
An empty life though, innit?
Just when you think you've seen the last tillspit,
There'll be a new one along in a minute :D

:T :T :T There'll be a new one along in a minute :j :j Thats the problem innit, My house is bursting at the seams, not sure I can cope with another.

    Well done, I loved it.:T :T

  It got me thinking though, its weird how:-

a)... We spend money to collect them.

b)... Run round like chickens with no heads grasping the tillsplit in our hot little hands looking to find goods to exchange them for

c)...Are desperate to get rid of the last few remaining in the purse

    d) Feel relieved yet a little empty when they are all gone :confused:

No wonder men say they don't understand women:eek:

Yep is £11 with loads of points vouchers ........but is a rubbish mascara! does not last - I like to still look mascared after a day at work but this one seems to flake off.Would not buy again to use myself
I bought this too, but only had 500 points with it!

I find that the brush is really annoying! It's so big, and not all the bristles are the same length, so it takes absolutely ages to get any on!!

Seems to stay ok on my lashes once I manage to get it on, but I tend to only wear mascara at weekends, so can't really say.

Gatwick South airside had No7 on 3for2, so I imagine the other BOGOFs etc will work there too.
The product ranges aren't huge, though, so you might be best phoning in advance to see if they stock the product you're after (phone number on Boots' website).

Never even used to take mine from the cashiers lol.

Don't worry about what's passed mrsproudmum :) Think of the next till splits as the beginning ;)

Make sure you always have some chewing gum ready to put in the basket (to round it up to whatever's needed for the till split (because it catches you out sometimes by being a few pence short ;))

Print off all your acm vouchers, and collect as many H&B magazines as you can, and join whichever clubs you're entitled to - i.e. Health Club, Parenting Club.

There's loads more to add to this, but as soon as you have a shopping list that you know you're going to get, post it up here and people will tell you what's the best to buy :)

Lol. yes, we're definitely on a roundabout with these tillspits Pollsdolls. The stupid thing is, if I saw TD wipes on the stands tomorrow (I haven't found any so far this time round) I would grab a pack (or several) then go round the store looking for things to buy just to get the required number of tillspits to get them "free". I don't really need them, goodness knows I have enough TD cleanser, toner and facewash to groom a small horse, but the point is, they're free......aren't they? :rotfl: Well, that's my excuse and I'm stickin' to it :p

If the next one is for money off sunglasses though I think I'm in for a reprieve for a few weeks. I mean, I only need one pair, well maybe a spare pair too, just in case I leave them on the bus, oh, and one each for the kids, gotta protect those eyes.....and if I see some cute pink ones at a good price then they would look great in hampers alongside those pink tweezers and sharpeners.... Then there's bound to be an elusive bargain pair that a few Bootsers have got that I'll hunt down and buy, just for the kudos....... :rotfl:

Not according to my oh pollsdolls :)

But when I looked, he'd managed to spend £19 whilst using up those till splits to get free items! :rotfl:

Don't feel bad, that's what I used to do, too. The big eye-opener for me was the last skincare till spit, when I started reading MSE forums and learned there were some things you could get for free, or you could get Olay Regenerist cleansers cheaply. I ended up getting the cleansers, and was amazed at the deals I could find!

That's good advice to any new Bootser about collecting the free store H&B magazines (free with Advantage card, anyway). I get one almost every time I go to Boots, even if I don't think there's anything I want in there. And I save all the coupons in the back until they expire, even if they don't seem interesting at the time. That's because some glitch/combination could come up that makes an uninteresting coupon become very sought-after, like in the last mag when the coupon for a half-price toothbrush actually let you get paid 1p to take the toothbrush out of the store after the store put them on 1/2 off sale! Also, some of the extra points coupons could be in demand unexpectedly if you find an item on clearance for say 50p, and you've got a coupon for 100 points or so!

I should hasten to say I don't feel like I'm depriving anyone else of a mag by getting so many, as one of my local Boots always has tons of mags right up until the day they put out a new issue. :)
