    thanks , went to the court so they could check my excemption for fees and it looks like the BR is off as my child benefit notification letter is dated january this year and they said it has to be dated within the last month, rang child benefit 7 to 10 days to post a letter to me and they can't fax or email it. great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Newcastle on tyne!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had thought a getting a plane or train up but will probably cost me the same as the damn court fees, what with the time off work. Fingers crossed for postie to get it here i time.
    they also wanted proof of my daughters dla but they are not meant to count it anyway.

    Oooooops, soz didn't know it was there :o Just assumed you could go into a local office.

    (I don't get any benefits so no idea how/where/when they get dealt with)

    sorry was not getting at you waspy just totally fed up. Also my tax credit single claim has just ended but shows on my bank statements but I have recieved nothing from the tax credits to say its ended even if the child benefit letter arrives I think they will be deeply suspicious of my lack of tax credits.
