I don't think they'll ask for phone or utility bills unless you're in arrears and it forms part of your bankruptcy.
    Mine certainly didn't!

Sorry to hear about your friend :(

Your coop account should be fine :)

As long as you explain to the OR that it's your post BR account and your benefits go in there then the OR shouldn't be interested in it!

Thanks Waspeze I hope so, think that is my biggest worry, still a little concerned about Bt as well.
I suppose my pnly othr worry is the OR will think I am reckless for getting £700 credit in April, but is was while I was waiting for tax credits the first time and my rent arrears were growing. Got to try and stop worring so off now to have my sugar puffs and go to work for 12 hours, have agood day all, if anyone is going out for a drink have one for me please.

Back again still not had my sugar puffs, another thing just occured to me, after I returneed my car on hp I bought an r reg car so I could get to work ,shortly after i bought it I was offered a 7 seater for similar price to what I paid for my mondeo, my other friend needed a car so she bought my mondeo at market value and I used the money to buy 7 seater (we have 5 kids weekends and 3 the rest of the time). 5 weeks after buying it an ddecided definately going bankrupt I sold the 7 seater for what I paid for it to use some of the cash for bankruptcy fees, some to pay my rent in advance (as tax credits stopping while reclaim now back with hubbie), and I used the rest for shoes for the kids .(£1,000) gone.I realised I did not need the 7 seater now as I am taxi driving and rent a cab, so it was just sitting there. Do you think the OR will be ok with that.?? my brain keeps worrying about everything all the time feels like its going to explode.when will it stop I suppose it will be like this till I see the OR

    Hi Tracy
Try not to worry about the £700/reckless thing- the build up to bankuptcy is the worst bit- after you have done "the "deed" it all fades into the background a bit.
I worry constantly about my "conduct"- and will till Im discharged- its just one of the things that come with the big B.
Remember that the OR will have seen it all before and what you/I did is probably nothing outof the ordinary
