LOL Cat - I have been virtuous all day..... Had 'body for life' shake for breakfast because I couldn't think of anything else to eat! Nice salad and a bit of quiche for lunch. Apple, banana and a satsuma. Then I had a nice chicken stir fry tonight - lovely BUT because my daughter had bought a multi pack of twix (s)! I could here them calling and I cracked!!! Grrrrr. I phoned her up and made her take them away!
On a revison course all weekend but hoping to get out for another run tomorrow night. Did 3.5k last night (nearly killed me) so need to do a bit extra to keep up with the girls from work....

doin all right now ta! Was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue. Very hard to come to terms with as always felt that people with CF just needed to have mind over matter.
Learning to accept it has been 50% of the way to getting better. Went out for my first run last night in weeks and fell asleep at ten past eight!! Missed you lot but felt I had to step back for a bit cos all i did was moan!!! LOL
It doesn't just need mind over matter. The most helpful thing I found was to know your body, to be able to hear your body when it spoke, and to listen when it did speak.
