I drove all the way to Huddersfield to help a dental nurse prepare for her exams a week on Sat and she didn't even say thank you!!!!

I've got one of mine doing it then as well.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

doin all right now ta! Was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue. Very hard to come to terms with as always felt that people with CF just needed to have mind over matter.

Learning to accept it has been 50% of the way to getting better. Went out for my first run last night in weeks and fell asleep at ten past eight!! Missed you lot but felt I had to step back for a bit cos all i did was moan!!! LOL

    Evening everyone

I'm feelin really virtuous today, got home from work and decided to put on my running shoes and pound the streets for an hour (walking). I've found a nice route that is between 5 and 6 kilometers and has some nice steep hills in parts... I even managed to jog part of it (ok 100meters or so, but that's better than last time when I jogged 20 meters and needed resuscitation).

So of course this means that it's now reward time and I'll be having a glass of vino. Hope everyone else is having a nice evening.
