Sallata
2-3 tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1 onion
200g Cream Fraiche
Salt
Cut tomatoes, cucumber onion in small pieces. Mix together with Cream fraiche. Add salt after own taste. Put it in the fridge till you are ready to eat (taste best cold)

Somerfield have a special on whole legs of lamb at the minute (1/2 price) - you could always freeze until the BBQ. If you butterfly the leg (just cut the bone out so the meat lays flat) you can cook on the BBQ and just push slivers of garlic and rosemary into the meat. Scrummy!0

Hi - I went to a posh do last week & was totally impressed with the canapes they had. Lots and lots of wooden skewers with stuff on. Very artily done - mostly empty except for the ends: some had one mange tout, one big prawn then the other end of the mange tout speared onto it - so it looked like a sail (sorry for the description...) and they also had some mini tomatoes, cubes of mozzarella and a baby basil leaf on them. They were delicious and so simple.0

halloumi...& lots of it.
either just slice 1/2cm thick the grill both sides, or chop into slightly thicker cubes and put on a kebab stick in between bits of pepper or cherry tomatos. Personally, just love it neat, & would happily just eat that.0
