My July budget consists of spend as little as possible and get some extra work! Also hide Mr.b's card..to stop him as well, as last month he spent way too much...
I reminded him of Martins's debt diet book.......i leave it everywhere for him to take the hint...any other suggestions gratefully welcome.

    yeah - mine's pretty similar!

Afternoon Mizmir..you're shopping sounds good..thats a good discount...well done on the list.

just waiting for the delivery to see what the final bill will be but am hoping there is at least a tenner in offers as well as the £12 from the code. Love the codes on here - only just discovered them - duh! - but am saving loads!

Ok to do list for the weekend - won't break it down into days - will just see how it goes.
    • Update budgets and spreadsheets for July
    • Work out meal plan for next week
    • Book tickets and do expense forms for work
    • Prepare list of bookies to do
    • Do the Skybet tennis offer
    • Do the canbet reload offer (post)
    • Seek out, photograph and prepare listings for 20 things for ebay on Tuesday (5p day)
    • Mow lawn
    • Take dogs for looooonnnnngggg walk (not just the usual round the park - good exercise for me too)
    • Top up soil in salad potatoes
    • Contact designer about business leaflet
    • Book car into garage
    • Check online banking
    That's probably enough for now!

 Shopping arrived and Mr T had rejected the code. Can't really dispute it as they would ask where it came from and I don't think MSE is an acceptable answer .
So didn't get my £12 discount but did get over £10 off through offers. Not as good as I thought but could've been worse I guess.

    • [strike]Update budgets and spreadsheets for July[/strike] DONE - and scarily heavily spent by this early point in the month! Will be storecupboards later I think....
    • [strike]Work out meal plan for next week[/strike] DONE - with lots to carry forward to next week.
    • Book tickets and do expense forms for work
    • Prepare list of bookies to do
    • [strike]Do the Skybet tennis offer[/strike] DONE - coming out with £26.67 profit - not great on a £50 freebet but with the limited markets, low liquidity and shifting odds I thought I would not be greedy...!

    • [strike]Check online banking[/strike] DONE - still looking healthy for point in month :)
Still pouring with rain here so no chance of mowing the lawn or persuading the dogs to come for a decent walk! Will get dressed :o and get on with the indoor stuff as well. Also have some householdy things to do - loads of washing, dishwasher to fill etc. Plenty to do!

Or I could just browse away on here.......
  • browse away.................it's what i am doing as rather persistant here too!
