Well I haven't managed to catch up with all the diaries - will do some more tomorrow! But I have done a bit of a catch up with my snowball and with all the extra last month and some expenses that have come in I appear to have got down to under £19K - yay! :T That includes spending money on the holiday but not the hotel (but most of that will be covered by expenses) - so hopefully won't go up again. Really pleased - basically down to the £10 a day challenge going so well.
    Good night all.

That is such excellent news that the debt is still coming down despite your time away :T

Have a good day - I am sure the break has given you even more debt busting energy!!

Thanks guys. Yes - good news. I had thought things were going to be static (and it can be difficult to work out because the o/d is on our active account so goes up and down). But we ended the month with it over £1K lower than end May - and actually still have a positive balance by this point which we didn't last month! We'll still be in our o/d once the mortgage goes through but my plan is to keep under the amount we had this month so it is gradually coming down - while still throwing money at the cards (the o/d rate is very low so not worth paying off loads but don't want us to work at its limits each month!).

Karma - am going for £15 a day for July. Last month I made over £30 a day but I think that unlikely in July. So my aim is to make an extra £465 from:
    • £200 dog training
    • £150 matched betting
    • £100 ebay/amazon/car boot
    • £15 cash back etc
    Have a good day everyone.

Yes - an academic book that came as a freebie from a publisher and is not needed. But it is not the most expensive one I have on there - there is one listed at £90 as a lowest price!!!! Am so hoping that one sells!!
