Hi Everyone
Although I have been a lurker on MSE for a while this is my very first post :j . My brother, Paul, who had a spinal injury quite a few years ago now is fundraising for SIA by doing the British Disabled Triathlon Championships on the 1st of June. You can view the details on his page at http://www.justgiving.com/paulthomas4234 . It would be lovely if you could offer him some words of support on here to 'gear him up' as this will be his first time doing anything like this. I will send him this link once it's on MSE.
