CCUSA wont refund..... Help!

My gf has an operation & now cannot go to CCUSA. She did not attend the meeting she was supposed too, yet CCUSA say she has been accepted and therfore her £300 belongs now to them all because of a signature. This cannot be legal surely? She now has NO MONEY left thanks to these guys for the summer ahead.

yeh i agree its a long shot.

I'd just keep bombarding them with emails and keep asking to speak to the next manager up. Cause a stink and they might be prepared to give you half back or delay the placement by 12 months.
