help with unlocking Siemens A55

I have a Siemens A55 PAYG sat in a drawer connected to Orange network and want to unlock this so my son can take it to uni using is O2 sim card. The IMEI number is 351855009883820. I'd appreciate any guidance on how to unlock this it if it possible?

    choices are:

    local market, usually £5 to £10

    usb cable and program, cost vary

    pay orange for the code, usually £20
    tiscali have unbundled my line, and iptv is available on my exchange, hello fair usage policy, hello congestion.
