They were advertising a 50% off Closing Down Sale last week, however they (their parent company Ossian Retail Group) went into administration on Tuesday, so the reductions will probably get bigger now.
They sold of their other chain Internacionale last week in it's entirety, so don't expect a closing down sale there.
Also, their stores in England appear to have been sold off as well, so it may only be their Scottish stores which are closing down???British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
Nope the one in the Metro centre (gateshead) is closing down aswell. I popped in there today saw a few things I wanted but never bought them ... will wait and see if they drop a bit more first.
Also the one in Blyth is closing down.Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

I went in today and everything was 50% off,
i got a lovely "1st baby" scrapbook kit for £5 and a height cart for 99p,
ideal for a gift or first baby,
there was loads of curtains around £10 and lots of stuff £2-£3, worth grabbing for gifts to put away for xmas.0 -
Solihull branch has a 50% off sale, got some nice stuff, and got a couple of baskets for a summer jam hamper with red/white gingham material and bow on the for 99p down from £4.000

Scottish stores are all closing down.
all 30 English stores have been taken over by B&M. They are holding the same 'closing down sale' but the English stores are not closing down. They are apparently going to re-stock with their own range and either trade as Au Naturale or B&M.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
Looks like it is 'closing down' now. past couple of years, in SOlihull the shop was have few 'closing down' sales and nothing really got reduced enough; and in tiny print it said - 'for refurbishment' - but of course not much was refurbished; just the cushions got moved to the other side!
anyway most of au naturale stuff looks good enough to just look at - the quality was never so good and they stocked mainly cushions - a whole one side of the shop!
(ps. Tiger in Solihull is another useless shop too! what's going on?! We really need a Debenhams here...!)0 -
