Unlock Sony z7?

Hi
Is it possible to unlock a Sony Z7? If so are there any codes that are around.
Its quite an old phone, but am after using one of those o2 sims, into an old phone, for texts etc.
If not possible to unlock the SOny Z7, i may have to get a cheap model, that will allow the sim, either from the o2 shop, or elsewhere that may need unlocking - as a general rule are some phones easy to unlock than others? I know Nokia codes are readily available, but are some models best avoided even if they are cheap if they need unlocking.

sony z7 can be unlocked by cable, program is free, cheapest solution is your local markettiscali have unbundled my line, and iptv is available on my exchange, hello fair usage policy, hello congestion.0

Do i have to buy the cable and download a program? or will a mobile shop do this for me - any idea how much it is likely to cost?
