Hi There
We are looking at the following deal on dialaphones website:
http://www.dialaphone.co.uk/offerdetails.aspx?offercode=O2XNET381&ID=1
It says this about the line rental:
£4.99 LINE RENTAL FOR 10 MONTHS!
For the first 10 months of your contract line rental is just £4.99 (thereafter £30), that's an amazing saving of £250.10!
Your reduced line rental is available by redemption into your airtime account in 5 stages, £45 cashback at month 3, £50 cashback at month 6, £50 at month 9, £50 at month 12 and £55.10 at month 15.
As it's a 12 month contract why does it say cashback of £55.10 at month 15?? Can you not cancel at month 12??? Please help!!
Thanks!

Dialaphone are no worse than other online mobile phone dealers and probably better than the vast majority.
Just don't expect them to wipe your backside with regard to getting cashback. You might need to chase them a bit and keep copies of everything that you send (recorded delivery, of course), but, as long as you stick to the rules and they don't go bust (unlikely), you should get your money back OK.
My phone was brand new and arrived in a sealed box and I can't recall ever reading about anyone else receiving a second-hand phone, so Mr Skint may have just been extremely unlucky with them.0 -
my hubby got a phone off them, with cheap line rental for the 1st six months and 200tx msgs free per month.
what they dont tell you is that its an 18month contract, and they start charging for a 200tx bundle after the 6months :mad:0 -
Have got phones off them for the last couple of renewals with no problems - so long as you don't want to port your number.
In the case of the mobiles I've got, they haven't been the service provider, just a broker to set the contract up (e.g. with my current Voda, service provider was Singlepoint, who've subsequently been taken over by Voda themselves).
They seem to be as cheap as anyone else (e.g. the phone I got for free would have been £100 on the same package in the high street) - like everything else in life if you go for the very cheapest you can't expect the greatest service standards. As others have said, don't expect Dialaphone to remind you to submit your cashback vouchers.I really must stop loafing and get back to work...0 -
This dialaphone deal is much better

If you buy of Dial-a-phone can you downgrade talk plan as you could if you bought direct from T-mobile, Orange, O2 etc. ie you can by a T-mobile on a 10 month offer on their website and downgrade in the 11month.
In essence, do you have to pay the contract at full price after the offers run out at Dialaphone or can you downgrade to avoid the full price?0
