Orange 12 mnth contract
I had taken a contract with orange via phones4u website 4 months back.
It was a Nokia N95 - Clearance Dolphin £35 - 12 month
When I was going through the bills, i came across a plan called
" Chargeable Umltd Ev & Wk OW " - £4.25 . Can anybody explain what this
is for. I dont use any internet on my mobile at all. Because of the charge quoted
above I pay more than the original £35 per month .
Is there any way I can get rid of the charge above? Can I claim back the
charge for previous months ?

This is an off peak browsing bundle on your account.
Just give Orange a call on 150 and they will be able to remove this service form your account.0 -
Thx Kevin
But as fas as I know phones4u didnt mention about getting charged for
an off peak brwosing bundle. Can I raise a complaint with phones4u regarding this.0 -

Sounds like they have added it onto your account as they will probably get more commision from Orange for adding and ancillary service like a browsing bundle.
I think you might find Orange Customer Services will as gesture of goodwill just credit the amounts back to your account so long as you never accessed the internet during the periods you had the off peak browsing bundle.

If it was anything like my 12 month Orange contract, then it would have been included free for the first three months, and then you had to cancel it if you didn't want it any more.0 -

I've also just noticed this as I was looking for my 12 month date so I could cancel, 3 weeks late! Orange didn't seem interested.
