Carphone Warehouse - Can I get my money back?
I bought a Samsung U600 online from the Carphone Warehouse last August.It first developed a fault in January - the phone wouldn't charge and subsequently, when the battery died, the phone wouldn't come back on.I took it for repair and a fortnight later it was returned after an apparant 'software problem' was resolved.The phone lasted for approximately 6weeks before the same problem happened again i.e. it wouldn't charge and then died.For various reasons I have only just got aroud to sorting out this problem. I have contacted Customer Support who have informed me that there is no chance that I will get my money back as the fault developed more than 28 days after purchase.I have been informed to send the phone for repair again and then if it develops another fault I will have to send it for repair again. Only then is there a possibility of an exchange.Being at work and not wanting to argue over the phone, I thought I would check here to see if someone could suggest what the best course of action is. Many thanks for your help folks.
