Yorkshire counter folk are keen to tell you that this is an account "upgrade"
You can miss one monthly payment as a price for losing 0.25% off your rate compared to the BofE rate and with the prospect of more cuts to come

Hi again,
Just been looking at the Halifax Regular Saver - fixed 10.00% AER for a year. Sounds nice
Question is, once I find out when my YBS Regular's year is up, how should I go about moving the money over to Halifax. I notice that Halifax maximum saving per month is £500. So if I have over £500 in my YBS should I transfer to Halifax in the first month, then the rest the second month, then just set up a direct debit afterwards? 0
