Hi everyone, I have sort of fallen out of this thread since I went away at Easter. At a time when there is a lot going on I need to be MORE organised rather than LESS! Anyway, I have a sort of outline plan, not decided on days really except that MIL is feeding us tomorrow.

    Sun: MIL

Monday: Lentil Lasagne (HM & in F) as I have to collect from school

Tuesday: Liver & Onions. Not sure what the veggie equivalent of this is LOL!

    Wednesday: HM Pizza and Salad

Thursday: Jacket Potatoes, Coleslaw, Salad, cheese, beans whatever

Friday: Did think Soup, but if it's warm it will be salad, potatoes and cold meat or similar

    Saturday: DOn't know yet!

In view of rather dodgy looking amount left to spend this month, I need to try and make sure I use some stuff from the freezer.
