    :)

My mealplans tend to be very monotonous week by week as I bulk shop once a month and batch cook and freeze in large quantities, next week will be a new months shop (woohoo!)

Fri - Hm takeaway - turkey chickpea curry, dhal, rice and naan. (all in the freezer)

Sat - Beef fajitas, hm salsa (beef in freezer, salsa ingredients have been bought).

Sun - Chicken, tomato rice (in freezer) and leftover salsa

Mon - Fish and spinach pie (fish filling in freezer)

Tues - Chilli and rice (chilli is frozen, hopefully there will be enough tomato rice left over)

Weds - Baked potatoes and fillings

thurs - pizza ( will top with whatever we have available) and salad

Have a great week and I hope your hospital stay is okay PP.
