first time doing this, but I’m trying to finish my degree and thinking of dinner at the same time is just too much for my little head to deal with!
so here goes:
tonight: my take on tapas: mini potato mousaka type thing, Spanish omelette with chorizo, seasoned carrots, roast flat mushrooms and peas.
Saturday: HM burgers with HM ranch dressing, HM wedges and salsa.
Sunday: sausage and butterbean casserole with HM bread
Monday: pastryless quiche (recipe from here) with new potatoes, HM coleslaw and salad
Tuesday: Beef tagine with chickpea and couscous salad.
Wednesday: Beef rendang (made with the other half of the beef from yesterday) with herby rice
Thursday: Wensleydale and ham pasty with potato salad and veg
order will probably change depending on weather, stress levels and busyness.
