does 7426 KB of data useage=more than 15MB?
Just looked at my vodafone bill. Seem to have been overcharge loads. Though CS insist I haven't, On sunday 20th April they charged me £14.62 for data usage.
Vodafone say it's correct, but what about the £1 daily cap i ask. To which the only response was well, you used it, and it's correct.
So what is the daily cap i ask...don't know came the reply, let me find out....3 gigabytes(!) came the reply. When I questioned this, and asked how i could have possibly gone over this amount, silence.
she fobbed me off saying she would look into it, and phone back tomorrow (yeah sure she will)
anyway dug out my calculator, and added it all up. It comes to 7426 KB's. Now even with my very bad maths, that is no where near to 15 MB (the correct daily limit)
This is the 3rd or 4th time vodafone have overcharged me. Getting mightily fed up with it
I know this has been said before, but do check you bills if you use vodsfone live

No, that's basically speaking a just under 7.5mb
Vodafone are useless sometimes, but in 7 years I've never had a problem with them, my sister on the other hand...."I'm not from around here, I have my own customs"
For confirmation: No, I'm not a 40 year old woman, I'm a 26 year old bloke!0 -

Hi Kai666,
I'm sorry that your bill doesn't seem to be adding up with what you think you've used this month, I'd like to look into this for you. I would like to also apologise for the level of service you received for our customer services, the experience given is by no means acceptable.
7426KB is 7.25MB, which is way below our daily rate of 15MB. We charge £1 for 0.5-15MB of data and then £2 per MB there after, therefore you should have only been charged £1 for the amount of data you have used.
If you'd like to get in touch with me via email I can look into this for you and if there's a mistake I can get it rectified. Please complete Vodafone’s Online Contact Forum including as much information as possible and including the code FIT135 to ensure that your email is directed to me.
As soon as I receive you email I can get this looked at.
Thanks for your time

Hi
Thanks for the reply
I have been in contact with vodafone through the fit135 thing. I have been told i am not on the £1 for 15mbs, as my tariff is so old. I have to pay £2.35 per mb the reply said:eek:  Though if i ring CS i am told i am on the 15mb for £1. So v confused

The fit135 person said i could upgrade to a new tarriff, and they would waive the 6 month extension. For which i am deciding about at the moment, but i am very annoyed as i don't really want to change tariff, but equally don't want to pay £2.35 an MB when others are paying £5 for 500 MB's!!
If I could get the online discount if i change tariffs, then i might come round to being happier with vodafone!!:D0
