As already suggested http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/ Not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive. I'm sure if you 'phoned them with your requirements they would build accordingly even if the options weren't available in their online ordering system.
Yorkshire based for everything with A1 aftersales service. I'm using one of their machines now, 3+ years old and totally reliable. My daughter also has one based on my experience with them.

doesn't many if u don't game that gfx card is holdin ur system back, many process wait for screen refreshes

For everyday normal use that's just not true. A £30 graphics card will NOT hold your system back. I've got a £20 ATI card in an old Dell machine with 1GB RAM and a crap processor and I use it as a media machine with no bother whatsoever. Unless you're gaming you don't even need a separate graphics card you can use onboard.

Try www.mcscom.co.uk. They are authorised Dell refurb resellers and the prices are really very good. If you're looking for a hassle free machine without looking at doing upgrades later yourself then a prebuilt machine like a Dell is a good choice.

As someone said they don't always use standard parts but this shouldn't be an issue if you don't plan on upgrading it yourself in future.

Dunno how they compare to the others listed already, but they are helpful.
