Paying money into Lloys TSB FRISA

Hi
This may be an obvious question, but, can I pay money into my ISA via an electronic payment from my non-Lloyds TSB current account (A&L Premier Direct, to be specific)?
I have a sort code and account number, so I would assume the answer would be 'yes'. :j
However, since there is a limit on the amount you can deposit in an ISA, I thought that perhaps deposits would have to go through a special channel to verify that the limit has not been breached.
Apologies if this has been answered in the 1000+ posts thread on the Lloyds TSB FRISA, but I could not stomach reading 51 pages of people's experiences of poor customer service from various banks in the hope that I might stumble upon the answer!
Thanks in advance, James
Edit: Can a mod change the title from "Lloys" to "Lloyds" to help future forum searches please.

You should be able to pay it in via electronic transfer, in the normal way. It's up to you to make sure you don't exceed your yearly allowance if you do it this way though.Debbie0

I've done it myself and it works nicely
