My friend is the manager of a voda fone store in London, he/she told me that the vk 530 were being recalled due to a fault with the phone book on the had set. he/she said that after around 2/3 months of using the phone it locks up and it puts a password on the phone so u cannot use it. i not sure if this problem a been sorted, so beware
