I finally spoke to a lady in securitys who said it was nothing to do with them they had not issued it (it was on a Accucard Letter Head) and go speak to my local Lloyds Tsb???. What do I do now Help

  • Do you have any credit cards? If so please post the names to see if they are from the LTSB 'stable'.
If you go to a branch all they will do is telephone their credit card helpdesk or collections centre and hand over the phone to you.

As far as I remember, in the past Accucard was issued by Lloyds TSB.

    Accucard are:
Create Services Limited (No. 4502461), a Lloyds TSB company. Issuing Bank: Lloyds TSB Bank plc

    Source: Accucard

The letter should have the contact number on the letterhead, inc. a reference number/code to quote when you call.

    More contact details here

    Hope this helps

If I was charged and it was written to my credit file then I'd stamp my feet and complain to get it corrected but if not and it sounds like an error sending it too you even to the point it's been erased from the system

Can you please answer the question do you have a Accucard or any LTSB bank card?

  • Hi

I have both an Accucard and a LLyods Tsb Debit card

    Sorry for delay
  • So have you had a statement of account showing any outstanding entries. (Have you got all monthly statements for say last 6 months - none missing which could contain a rogue entry?)
The back of LTSB statements contain telephone numbers one of these should be for customer services. Please check that your account details on the letter matches your card in case it has been sent to you in error.
Please ask why notice has been sent as you think no monies are outstanding - if they say otherwise please ask them to prove the outstanding debt by providing you with copy statement and voucher or signed authority.

  • Have just spoken to Lloyds Tsb who also know nothing about it and have advised writing to the Complaints Department at Accucard.

So this is what I will do, having checked all statements which show no problems and see how afr we get no where probably but lets see

And make sure you mention the hours you have spent, and the call costs you have made to correct their error ;)

    Cheers, Des.
