vodafone coverage

i live in the plymouth area and since end of march beginning of april i have had problems with reception/coverage. At times on get "emergancy calls only". I rang vodafone and was told there has been a problem in my area. The customer service advisor told me that she has put a note on my file and when the reception issue is corrected vodafone will reimburse my line rental for the above period.

I will be ringing vodafone this week to find out. I dont know if this is a problem in Devon or countrywide,
Hope this will help others....

spoke to vodafone today, they are going to refund me £20 a month for 3 months on my contract, and another £20 a month for 3 months on my daughters contract, in total £120.00.
