MPH80....exactly the same with us, send documents but Cap One return on a comp slip and then pretend they haven't received them before...presumably...stopping the card and hoping I'll cancel the account. I like the cash back and never pay them interest/charges etc...they probably just don't like clients like me who pay no interest. I'm certainly credit worthy...they're certainly tw@ts.0

So - quick update - we had a 'we're investigating your complaint - please wait' letter back. Remarkable how quickly that came after a letter to the MD.
Anyway - the funny part about that was that despite the fact my address was on all three letters I copied in for them, and despite the fact they have all my details on account - they got my address wrong on the letter they sent.
It was only thanks to the postie that it got to me at all!0
