Unnecessary paper statements

I like a paper statement as I go through it with my receipts and check them all off in case there's a mistake. I then keep them for two years although I've never needed to look back on them! DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

I think the banks love us to SAVE paper, thus they encourage us all to GO GREEN and STOP cruelty to trees by only viewing statements on-line yet,
WHY THEN DO THEY CONTINUE TO SEND US UNWANTED OFFERS/LOANS/CAR INSURANCE ETC. TO OUR POSTAL ADDRESS? On numerous occasions I have informed my bank not to send me any correspondances and now they 'ONLY' send me weekly letters advising me of the offers I am missing by not opting in to receiving postal mail from them... we can't win! It's nice to be important but it's important to be nice!
If u think my post has been helpful, push my 'thanks' button cheers
