Afternoon all
Tasha welcome home. Whilst it is tempting to stay away from here when we feel down it is actually the time you need us most. There will always be somebody here to say hi and offer a hug or advise, so welcome aboard for the week.
I have cleared up all the branches from the cut down tree - I'm about to take a photo for you all. Kids having a ball throwing water baloons and hitting them with a cricket bat.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Hi all,
Can I join in with all you fly ladies as I really need to start staying on top of my housework, instead of doing the the all day slog on a sunday to fit everything in.GC: £400/ £00 -

Welcome back Tasha
SHELL!! Where've you been hiding, I missed you, glad you sound so chipper I was getting a bit concerned.
FLING!!!!!! :j pigpen would be so proud of me I've been in littleys room ALL DAY on a flinging frenzy! 5 large bin bags of rubbish, one large box of stuff for the charity shop, oodles of stuff to pass down to nephew and friends little one and all her clothes sorted through and the rest hung up in her two, yes, TWO wardrobes (nana buys her clothes every week  ) sorted out the big white cupboard of death and that's now practically empty, all the drawers, bags, boxes sorted! woot! her room only needs cleaning now but I'm gonna leave it for now aND JUST BASK IN THE EMPTINESS! oops capslock soz.
It's been lovely weather here today also so 2 loads were out on the line at 9am, another couple are ready to go out but will leave that till tomorrow morning before work, actually might stick one on the maiden. Tea's been prepped since this morning but were having a late one today cause I'm going round to play with OH shortly for a bit (not that kind of play TIA)
I'm losing one of my customers, she phoned me today to explain her reasoning and thankfully it's all to do with the company and not me, she asked if I could do her privately but I'm contracted to wait 6 months after they've/or I've left so couldn't.
Gosh it's been a busy day, right I'm off to OH's

Well, it's not been such a bad day here, but hugs to those who need one.
Welcome to all newbies too. :hello:
I've done all my dailies, cleaned up the garden, two machine loads of washing done and on the line, but it's a bit late to put the third one out, painted the back hall ceiling and put a second coat on the walls.
Now I'm supposed to get showered and go play happy families at a BBQ. Don't really feel like it as I've still to get work stuff ready for morning (not that I want to go, but can't afford to just resign). have to leave here at 7.15 to get DD to station, then come back and finish getting ready for work! Bleugh!!! I think I've applied for 5 new jobs now, so hopefully one will be right for me.
Hope the rest of the day is OK for you all.
